Robert Cooper, the creator of St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, has recently located his family's old recipe for Creme Yvette. Last produced in 1969, this popular cocktail ingredient has been revived and is now available! Cooper sourced dried violet petals from Provence, and the berry maceration (a mix of blackberries, red raspberries, wild strawberries, and cassis) from Burgundy. A spice blend of honey, orange peel and vanilla were then added to complete the flavor profile.
