- What do I get with points?

Points are used to achieve tier status; at each tier you’ll receive additional perks! Learn more about the perks that are available to you.

Points may be earned on eligible purchases at 1 point per $1 spent online or in store at participating locations.

- Will my points expire?

Yes – Reward Points expire 12 months after they are earned.

Points collected throughout the year are used to achieve tier status. Points will expire every 12 months on a rolling basis. Visit your account to see your current points balance.

- What if I didn’t get points for an in-store purchase; how do I get credit for those?

Submit a request to get your missing points for any purchase made within the last 30 days by filling out this request form. Requests will be processed weekly. A confirmation email will be sent acknowledging successful requests within 7 business days.

(We are unable to award points based on online purchases if the member was not logged into their account at the time of purchase.)

- How will I know my tier status?

Be sure you are subscribed to receive our marketing emails. Your rewards will be shown online in your customer profile, marketing emails, and in the app.

- How do I earn tier status?

Rewards members achieve “status” in one of the three tiers by collecting points with each purchase.

Bronze 0 to 2,499 Points

Silver 2,500 to 4,999 Points

Gold 5,000 to 14,999 Points

Platinum 15,000 + Points

- How do I earn points?

Points may be earned on eligible purchases at 1 point per $1 spent online or in store at participating locations. Earn points in store when you shop at Corkdorks Wine Spirits Beer Midtown location, or online at corkdorkswine.com when you select ”Midtown” under store settings. Eligible Purchases will not include non-alcoholic items, wines/spirits whose volume is less than 750ml, items with prices ending in .07 cents, deposits for item reservations (ie. Keg deopsits, taps,  or tubs),  gift card purchases , or state sales tax.
