Description:
Vineyards: La Bodogonera vineyard in the heart of the Jerez superior area in the Los Tercios district. White albariza, rich in chalk, with optimum 70 days of rain and 295 days of sunshine.
Winemaking: Blended in a Solera established in 1908. The Solera system blends younger wines with mature vintages, replenishing the stock while ensuring continuity of style and quality.
Tasting Notes:
Color: Pale-straw.
Bouquet: Pervasive perfume of fruit and flowers. Taste: Light, dry and crisp, never acidic.
Food Pairing: The ideal aperitif, Pale Fino Sherry can be served at room temperature, chilled or over ice. Also excellent with hors d'oeuvres and seafood.
