HISTORY:
M. Haslinger & Fils is the latest Brut Champagne from the house of G. H. Martell. A Pinot Noir and Meunier dominant cuvée with a pale yellow color, and balanced vivacity on the palate. The Rapeneau family and the G.H. Martel Group are one of the last family-run champagne businesses operating on their scale. For five generations now, the family has managed to forge special ties with all partners, both with winegrower friends and with buyers, to become one of the key players on the champagne market.

Dosage: 10g/l
TASTING NOTES:
Pale yellow in color. The nose presents white fruit with hints of lemon and citrus. The wine offers a balanced vivacity on the palate, followed by a satisfying chalk finish.
FOOD PAIRING:
Serve as an aperitif, or pair with white meat or fish.
