Since the inaugural vintage of Decoy Napa Valley more than a quarter century ago, Decoy has taken an important place in the Duckhorn Portfolio of wines. Fruit for the Decoy program comes from a mix of Estate vineyards and top-grower vineyards. Decoy benefits greatly from the remarkable resources of the Duckhorn Portfolio.

The grapes were sourced from carefully selected vineyards in cool climates along the West Coast. It was crafted in the méthode champenoise style with secondary fermentation in bottle and 12 months of bottle aging on the lees.

This sparkler is fresh, balanced, layered, refined, finessed, medium-bodied, and elegant with a delightful complexity, a luxurious mousse, and vibrant acidity. Strawberry, Bing cherry, guava, orange blossom, apricot, melon, brioche, mint, cream, and a hint of almonds roll easily across the sophisticated palate. It's perfect for celebrations or pairing with tuna sashimi.
