This is a pleasing and direct natural wine, with dominant notes of red raspberry, blackberry and violet.

On the palate it has an attack of fresh fruit, which reveals its origin from vineyards in height. 

It has a very pleasant mid palate and is a friendly, light and easy to drink wine

The finish is long and complex with earthy red fruits, citrus and brown spice.

Pairs well with: Beef, Pasta, Lamb, Game (deer, venison), and Poultry.
