Our original flagship cider, this Scrumpy is bone dry and celebrates traditional cider making practices. We work with orchards along the 101 freeway to source delicious American cider apples which we press fresh to deliver a delicious raw juice that we ferment using only native yeasts. The finished beverage is a dry apple wine with a complex barnyard character that oozes with minerality. This is farmhouse funk in all it’s glory!
