Mint Julep

Enjoy this cocktail on the first Saturday in May while enjoying the most exciting 2 minutes in sports!



4 to 5 mint sprigs, leaves only 2 sugar cubes, or 1/2 ounce simple syrup 2 1/2 ounces bourbon whiskey Mint sprig, for garnish



1. Place the mint leaves and sugar or simple syrup into a julep cup, collins glass, or double old-fashioned glass

2. Muddle well to dissolve the sugar and release the oil and aroma of the mint.

3. Add the Bourbon

4. Fill the glass with crushed ice and stir well until the glass becomes frosty

5. Garnish with a mint sprig. Serve with a straw and enjoy.

Pink Lily

A drink for the girls! Enjoy this drink while watching the Kentucky Oaks. And then you know, just about every day after that.



1 1/2 ounce vodka, 1 ounce sweet and sour mix, 1/2 ounce triple sec, 3 ounce cranberry juice, lemon wedge and blackberries for garnish


Place 2 ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Add all ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain into glasses with crushed ice. Garnish with lemon wedges and blackberries.

Seelbach Cocktails

Bourbon and Wine. What more can you

ask for?!



• 1 oz bourbon
• 3/4 oz Orange liqueur 
• 7 dashes bitters
• Top with champagne
• Garnish with a lemon twist



Pour everything except the Champagne into a Champagne flute and stir. Top with Champagne, give everything a light stir, and garnish with an orange twist.

Spring Margarita

Crisp and Refreshing.



1 1/2 ounce tequila, 1 1/2 ounce carrot juice, 1 ounce Cointreau, 1 ounce lime juice




  1. Combine all ingredients into shaker and combine
  2. Rim glass with salt 
  3. Pour ingredients over ice
