Barton & Guestier. Light pink color. The bouquet is an explosion of red berries and fragrant flowers on the nose. Flattering citrus aromas appear when agitated. Lively on the palate with a jam-like fruit finish.
Drink as an aperitif, or with a nice grilled fish or meat seasoned with “Herbs de Provence”. It reveals all his flavours with scallops. It is also a good partner to any Asian and Moroccan dish. Serve between 46°F and 50°F.
